The real purpose of yoga is preparation for the moment of death
If you’re really doing the right practice, you’re gonna feel better, you’re gonna have more energy, you’re gonna sleep better, you’re gonna be more tolerant of others, you’re gonna be less judgmental, you’re gonna be less attached materially, and you’re gonna be fundamentally happier. So if you’re not, examine your practice. If you have more pain in your body, if you’re more self righteous, more judgmental, more intolerant of others, you’re not doing the right practice.
